STEP 1 - FILL OUT THE APPLICATION FORM


This is an important part of the process as we ask you some key information to better understand who you are and how you work.

So even though the form is not very long, make sure you take your time to answer the questions. We'll ask you some general details about you and your style of photography. Make sure you provide us with a link to your online portfolio (website or social media profile). We also need you to upload 2 to 5 hi-res files for a technical review. This is the most important step of the process so make sure you send us your best work and follow our guidelines or it will delay your application.

STEP 2 - WE REVIEW YOUR APPLICATION


Each week, we review all applications in the order received, on Fridays.  For this step you do not need to do anything. We may contact you if we need more information or details, so keep an eye on your inbox.

It generally takes us 2 weeks to review an application, so please bear with us. In specific cases it may take us a little bit more time, for instance if we have received a lot of applications that week or if we have to ask you for more details.

STEP 3 - OUR DECISION

You have been invited to join our team of contributing photographers? CONGRATULATIONS MATE! We look forward to working with you.


Before you can start submitting your first batch of images, we only to finalise a couple more things: the paperwork (signing our contributor agreement and filling out some documents for the taxman) and setting you up in our submission system. This only takes a few minutes and once this is completed, you'll be ready to roll!
